This page explains what we collect when you use novanexautomation.com, why we collect it, who handles it on our behalf, and how to get it corrected or deleted. It is written to be read. If anything is unclear, email us and we will answer in plain English.
1. What we collect
The contact form. When you request a free Business Audit we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and business name;
- your email address and phone number;
- the industry you select;
- anything you write in the message box;
- the address of the page you sent the form from, and a spam-check token from Cloudflare Turnstile (see section 4).
The demo phone line. Calls to our demo number are answered by an automated voice system, not a person. If you give it your name, number, or a reason for calling, those details may be saved so we can follow up, and the call may be recorded or transcribed by the voice provider so the system can respond and so we can check its quality.
Email and phone. If you email or call us directly, we keep the correspondence so we can reply and keep track of the conversation.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this site. The site does not use cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile; both may see your IP address in order to serve those requests.
Please do not send us sensitive information through the form, the demo line, or email. That includes health or medical details, payment card numbers, bank or account details, government ID numbers, passwords, and anything else you would not want stored in a business CRM. If we need something like that for a project, we will agree a secure way to share it first.
2. Why we collect it
- to reply to you and schedule the audit you asked for;
- to prepare for that audit by understanding your business and industry;
- to keep a record of the conversation if we go on to work together;
- to keep spam and abuse away from the form and the demo line.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
3. Who handles it
Submissions are processed through the workflow providers Novanex uses to run its own business: a workflow-automation platform that receives the form, a CRM database where the lead is stored, an email provider for replies and notifications, and, for the demo line, a voice-AI and telephony provider. Each of these acts on our instructions and under its own security and privacy commitments. We choose providers that host data in the United States or under equivalent safeguards.
4. Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real browser and not an automated script. Turnstile may process technical details such as your IP address and browser characteristics to make that decision. It is not used to track you across other websites. The form also contains a hidden field that only automated bots fill in; anything that fills it is discarded.
5. How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and demo-line details while we are in conversation with you and, if you become a client, for the length of the engagement plus the period we need for our own records and accounting. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we clear it out during our regular clean-up, typically within twelve months. Demo-call recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to check quality and then deleted.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email dev@novanexautomation.com from the address you used with us, tell us what you want done, and we will confirm once it is complete. Deletion requests are normally handled within thirty days. If we are legally required to keep something, we will tell you what and why.
If you prefer not to submit the form, you can reach us by email or by phone instead.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form data is sent directly to our workflow provider over an encrypted connection and is not stored on the website itself. Access to the CRM is limited to the people at Novanex who need it to reply to you.
8. Children
This site is for businesses and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen.
9. Changes to this page
We may update this page as the site or our providers change. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes affecting existing clients will be sent to you directly, not quietly posted here.
